Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-29
This policy explains what Sixside Games collects on sixsidegames.com, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to everyone, including California residents under CalOPPA.
What we collect
-
Your email address, only when you sign up: to follow a game, follow a studio, join a playtest list, get our newsletter or join the developer waitlist. If you join the developer waitlist, we also collect your studio name and game link if you give them.
-
Which list you joined (for example "follow Street Legends" or "follow Sixside Games").
-
Anonymous usage counts: page views and sign-up events, with no cookies and no way to identify you.
-
If you buy an asset pack, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to take payment and deliver the files. We see your name, email, country and what you bought, never your card details.
We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Why
To send the emails you asked for, to deliver and support the asset packs you buy, and to understand which pages and games people are interested in.
Who processes it for us
- Kit (ConvertKit, Inc.) stores email sign-ups and sends our emails.
- Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC, part of Stripe) runs checkout for asset packs, takes payment, charges tax and delivers the files.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) runs our domain's DNS and forwards email sent to our @sixsidegames.com addresses (Cloudflare Email Routing).
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Anonymous analytics are kept in aggregate.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email.
- See or delete your data: email hello@sixsidegames.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Cookies and Do Not Track
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies. Because we don't track you across sites, we treat every visitor the way a Do Not Track signal asks, whether or not your browser sends one.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, keep secret keys off the browser, and limit who can access subscriber data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your email, we'll tell you by email first.
