These terms are an agreement between you and Sixside Games ("Sixside", "we") for using sixsidegames.com (the "site").
Using the site
You can browse the site, read devlogs, download press materials and sign up for emails. Don't misuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to break security, no uploading malicious code, and no using the site to break the law.
Accounts and purchases
The site doesn't offer accounts. We sell 3D asset packs. Checkout, payment, sales tax, VAT, file delivery and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the packs to you as our reseller ("merchant of record"), so its own terms apply to the purchase too. What you can do with a pack you buy is set out in our asset licence.
Because asset packs are digital downloads you get straight away, sales are final once the files are downloaded. If a pack is broken or isn't what its page describes, email hello@sixsidegames.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't limit any refund rights the law where you live gives you.
Content and trademarks
Sixside Games, the hex die emblem, and our game names and logos are ours. Press and streamers can use materials from our press pages to cover our games, following the usage rules in our brand kit. Everything else on the site belongs to us or the people who made it, and you need permission to reuse it.
Third-party links
We link to other sites, such as itch.io, YouTube and TikTok, and to games hosted elsewhere. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be either.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Sixside isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
